Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Process Fees and Costs: Review and process legal fees, costs, and related financial transactions to ensure they align with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation of all financial transactions, ensuring they are easily accessible for audits and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports detailing fees and costs for management review, including variance analysis and trend identification.
  • Compliance and Audit Support: Ensure all fee structures comply with legal requirements and internal guidelines. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of cost structures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the legal and finance teams to ensure efficient fee processing and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fee analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role within a legal or financial environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Experience with legal billing systems is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail while reviewing financial documents and reports.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
