Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Development: Design, implement, and manage innovative, learner-centered curricula aligned with organizational objectives.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth needs analyses to ensure the curriculum meets current industry standards and learner needs.
- Content Oversight: Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create, review, and refine engaging course materials and resources.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless curriculum integration and delivery.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, set deadlines, allocate resources, and ensure timely execution.
- Feedback Integration: Gather learner feedback and continuously improve the curriculum for optimal effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in curriculum design or instructional development.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
