Our client is a dynamic and innovative SaaS company making significant contributions to the financial industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will:

  • Accurately input and update data into various systems
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency through thorough reviews and verification
  • Compile, verify, and organize data from various sources
  • Research and gather additional information as needed
  • Generate reports and perform data backup operations
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Strong understanding of data entry principles and practices
    • Proficiency in touch typing and database management tools
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
