Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will:
- Accurately input and update data into various systems
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency through thorough reviews and verification
- Compile, verify, and organize data from various sources
- Research and gather additional information as needed
- Generate reports and perform data backup operations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong understanding of data entry principles and practices
- Proficiency in touch typing and database management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
