- Ensure data is entered in a timely manner, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Proficient in using Facebook, including Messenger, and other online communication platforms.
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
