  • Ensure data is entered in a timely manner, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Facebook, including Messenger, and other online communication platforms.
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
