We are a dynamic, fast-growing company seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a remote team member, you will play a key role in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing support to our Facebook-related projects, and ensuring efficient data management across various platforms. Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and messages through Facebook (Messenger, posts, comments).
- Assist in organizing and categorizing data for various projects.
- Input, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and other platforms.
- Perform research on relevant topics and provide data-driven insights.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events.
- Maintain and update client records.
- Assist in social media content posting and simple editing tasks.
- Prepare reports and handle other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in data entry and virtual assistant tasks is a plus.
- Comfortable working with Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Google Docs, and Google Sheets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Must be located in the United States.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Knowledge of basic photo editing (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
