Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Schedule and post engaging content on Facebook pages or groups.
  • Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering positive interactions with followers.
  • Insights Tracking: Monitor performance metrics and provide weekly reports on engagement trends.
  • Ad Management: Assist with basic Facebook Ads setup and maintenance (training will be provided, if necessary).
  • Support: Collaborate with the team to ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in social media management or virtual assistance is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Facebook tools (Pages, Groups, Ads) and basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software or platforms.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
