Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtual Assistant Tasks:
    • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including managing emails, scheduling, and calendar management.
    • Communicate with clients and partners through email or phone as needed.
    • Handle data entry tasks, customer service inquiries, and manage documents efficiently.
  • Data Entry Responsibilities:
    • Input, update, and maintain data in our systems.
    • Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist in organizing and filing digital documents, spreadsheets, and records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other common office software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in virtual assistance or data entry is a plus but not required.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Knowledge of CRM tools or data management platforms.
  • Experience with remote work environments.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics or the shipping industry is a plus.

Hours & Compensation:

  • This is a part-time, remote position offering flexible hours.
  • Pay rate: $16–$22 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
  • This is an hourly, non-exempt role.
