Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by offering solutions to issues and addressing their needs.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or inbound contact role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software (basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus).
