Requirements

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  2. Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or related fields.

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  4. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.

  6. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  7. Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

  8. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
