Key Responsibilities

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions using the company CRM.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve processes and services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to resolve escalated issues and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or live chat support roles.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask efficiently across multiple chats.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and chat software.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
