Job Description: As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service remotely, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, assist with tracking shipments, and address various customer service needs in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide tracking information, assist with shipment issues, and resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Process customer orders and returns, ensuring a smooth transaction
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent service

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and email platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of FedEx services and shipping processes
  • Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
  • Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
