Job Description: As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant for FedEx, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service remotely, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. You will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, assist with tracking shipments, and address various customer service needs in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide tracking information, assist with shipment issues, and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Process customer orders and returns, ensuring a smooth transaction
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while providing excellent service
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Proficient in using customer service software, Microsoft Office, and email platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of FedEx services and shipping processes
- Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus
