About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to UPS customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Assist customers with package tracking, shipping, and delivery inquiries.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to UPS services in a timely and professional manner.
- Offer product and service information to customers as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPS services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must be based in the USA and eligible to work remotely.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online tools (CRM systems, email, chat).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Flexible schedule with availability to work during evenings or weekends, as needed.
