Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Automation Workflows:
   • Build scalable and efficient RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
   • Translate business processes into automation workflows.
2. Collaborate with Stakeholders:
   • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to define automation requirements.
   • Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Testing and Debugging:
   • Test automated workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless functionality.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.
4. Optimize Existing Processes:
   • Enhance and update existing RPA solutions to increase performance and efficiency.
   • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.
5. Documentation & Support:
   • Maintain detailed project documentation, including process diagrams and technical specifications.
   • Provide post-deployment support and user training as needed.

Qualifications

• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and Power Platform tools.
  • Strong understanding of RPA concepts and workflows.
  • Knowledge of APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Professional Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools is an advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
