Key Responsibilities

Develop Automation Workflows:
- Build scalable and efficient RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Translate business processes into automation workflows.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to define automation requirements.
- Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.

Testing and Debugging:
- Test automated workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

Optimize Existing Processes:
- Enhance and update existing RPA solutions to increase performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. -
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate (Flow) and Power Platform tools.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and workflows.
- Knowledge of APIs, SQL databases, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript is a plus.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
