Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive public relations strategies that align with TTEC's goals.

  • Build and maintain strong media relationships to secure coverage in key publications.

  • Lead crisis communication efforts to protect the company's reputation.

  • Oversee the creation of press releases, speeches, and other communication materials.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations.

  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company when required.

  • Measure and report on the success of PR campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in public relations or corporate communications, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of media relations and social media platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proven experience in crisis management and corporate storytelling.

  • Strong analytical skills to measure the impact of PR efforts.

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
