Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and resolving issues
- Accurately document customer interactions in our system
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with all customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
