This part-time, remote position involves assisting our customers and ensuring that all data is accurately entered into our systems. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately enter and maintain data related to customer shipments, orders, and tracking information.
- Handle customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated when necessary.
- Update customer information in our database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with routine customer service tasks such as order tracking, providing shipping information, and responding to service-related questions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure high levels of service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education is a plus.
- Prior customer service or data entry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week (flexible hours).
