Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.

Organize email correspondence and respond on behalf of executives where appropriate.

Prepare high-level presentations, reports, and other documents.

Coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines are met.

Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and communicate updates.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversee administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

Manage vendors, contracts, and procurement processes.

Qualifications:
