About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, helping our customers resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have a positive experience. You’ll interact primarily with TikTok users who need assistance with our products or services, and your deep understanding of TikTok trends, culture, and user behavior will be key to excelling in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through TikTok DMs, comments, and messages on other platforms.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and guiding users through the resolution process.
- Monitor TikTok and other social media platforms to keep up with trends, customer feedback, and common issues.
- Report common questions and issues to the team to help improve products and services.
- Maintain a positive, friendly tone while engaging with customers on social media.
- Assist in creating or curating TikTok videos or posts related to customer service or product support.
Requirements:
- Must be based in the United States.
- Passion for TikTok, with a strong understanding of its culture and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use for customer engagement.
- Availability for 10-20 hours per week, flexible hours.
