Job Description:

As a Toyota Part-Time Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Toyota products and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and warranty information.
