Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information regarding UPS services, tracking, billing, and more.
- Assist customers with shipment tracking, address corrections, and other logistical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to delivery, delays, or service failures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and customer feedback.
- Maintain knowledge of UPS services, policies, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the service experience.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous customer service experience in a remote or virtual environment is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace in a quiet environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UPS or other logistics companies is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms is beneficial.
- A friendly, positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
