Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
  • Prior experience in logistics or with UPS systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with remote work environments.
  • Knowledge of UPS processes and tracking systems.
