Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
- Prior experience in logistics or with UPS systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly desirable.
