Job Description: As a Walmart Online Order Filling Team Associate, your role will be crucial in fulfilling online orders with accuracy and speed. You will be responsible for picking and packing items from our store shelves to ensure our customers’ online orders are completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack online orders from store inventory.
- Ensure that all products are scanned, packed, and labeled properly for shipment.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and speed while filling orders.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining product organization.
- Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet order fulfillment goals and deadlines.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (depending on your shift).
