Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Conduct online research and compile findings into actionable insights.
  • Data entry, file organization, and database management.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with ad hoc tasks.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
