Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform regular data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and errors in the data.
  • Communicate with internal departments to gather or clarify required information.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Organize and prepare files and documents for data entry.
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data.
  • Follow all organizational protocols and policies for data handling.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to data management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous data entry experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to new software and technology systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify errors in data.
