Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing quality control checks.
  • Process large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Retrieve and organize records as requested by the management team.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Identify errors and inconsistencies in data and take corrective action.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.
  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data management software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are preferred.
