Key Responsibilities

- Ensure data integrity and consistency by performing quality control checks.
- Process large volumes of data efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- Retrieve and organize records as requested by the management team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow.
- Identify errors and inconsistencies in data and take corrective action.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management are preferred.
