About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Google Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a fully remote role where you will support our customers by helping them with Google-related queries, troubleshooting, and providing a high-quality customer service experience. As a Google Virtual Assistant, you will play a key role in helping users navigate Google’s suite of products, including Google Workspace, Google Search, Google Maps, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support through live chat, email, and phone for Google-related products and services.
  • Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to Google applications (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.).
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and updates to Google products to provide accurate assistance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to Google accounts and troubleshoot common problems related to Google services.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems have been resolved and provide additional assistance when necessary.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of queries, solutions, and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in the U.S. (this is a remote position, but we require U.S. residents).
  • Proven experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a virtual assistant role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google products (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Maps) is a must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
  • Comfortable using various communication tools and platforms (email, chat, video calls).
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote work.
