Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through virtual channels (phone, video calls, chat) to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs and promoting appropriate products.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product range to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Support customers with post-sale inquiries, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of virtual sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in virtual or remote roles is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and virtual communication tools.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Self-disciplined with excellent time management skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
