Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule Flexible hours, with a focus on supporting the family during high-demand hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends when necessary.
Salary $18 - $25 per hour, based on experience. Competitive pay with room for performance-based increases.
Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative support such as managing family schedules, appointments, and events.
- Assist with baby care tasks like organizing baby supplies, preparing bottles, etc.
- Handle light household chores and errands.
- Organize family logistics (e.g., planning appointments, meal planning).
- Help with online research for baby-related products, services, and resources.
- Offer emotional support and act as an extra set of hands during busy periods.
Skills & Qualifications - Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills and reliability.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Previous experience with childcare or supporting families with newborns is preferred, but not required.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of scheduling software, email management, and general online tasks.
