Schedule | Flexible work schedule with a focus on providing support during standard business hours (8 AM - 6 PM) Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs. |
Salary | $18 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based pay increases may be available. |
Key Responsibilities | - Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. - Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. - Communication Support: Assist in managing communication channels and responding to client inquiries. - Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Data Entry: Accurately update information in systems. - Research: Conduct online research for various business needs. |
