Job Type Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule Flexible work schedule with a focus on providing support during standard business hours (8 AM - 6 PM) Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend availability may be required based on client needs.
Salary $18 - $26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Performance-based pay increases may be available.
Key Responsibilities - Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Communication Support: Assist in managing communication channels and responding to client inquiries.
- Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data Entry: Accurately update information in systems.
- Research: Conduct online research for various business needs.
Skills & Qualifications - Strong Communication Skills: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools.
- Customer-Oriented: Strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience: Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
