Job Type Full-Time
Schedule Flexible hours; Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability depending on client needs. Work from home with a self-driven schedule.
Salary $18 - $22 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities - Online Scheduling: Coordinate and manage client appointments, meetings, and events efficiently.
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication: Communicate with clients and vendors for scheduling purposes.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate information in the scheduling system.
- Task Prioritization: Ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.
Skills & Qualifications - Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact professionally with clients and vendors.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using scheduling software, email systems, and other digital tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and reliability in scheduling.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Able to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Experience (Optional): Prior experience in scheduling or administrative roles is a plus.
