Flexible, with core working hours based on the needs of the client. Ability to work across time zones, primarily supporting East Coast and West Coast clients. |

Key Responsibilities |
- Manage real estate listings, schedule showings, and coordinate with clients and agents. |
|
- Handle communication with clients, prospects, and vendors via email, phone, and other tools. |
|
- Assist with contract preparation, document management, and client follow-ups. |
|
- Organize and maintain the real estate CRM system, ensuring all client information is up-to-date. |
|
- Support the preparation of marketing materials for listings, open houses, and online advertising. |
Skills & Qualifications |
- 2+ years of experience in a virtual assistant role or in real estate administration. |
|
- Strong knowledge of real estate processes and terminology is preferred. |
|
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or similar. |
|
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. |
|
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. |
|
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. |
